Reviews ABADDON INCARNATE - DARK CRUSADE - XTREEM
Abaddon Incarnate is a blasting breath of (demonic) fresh air. Death metal fans will not want to miss this and for good reason. It is as if the act takes the speedy grindcore of Napalm Death and incorporates patterns from Brutal Truth, Cryptopsy and Deicide to produce its power-violence. The songs themselves are short and hence the album holds 16 of them. The sound is not perfect, but it is not bad either and, consequently, it is not an exaggeration to say that Xtreem has found another ace band. Abaddon Incarnate is a fully-formed winner with three albums to its name. - Ali "The Metallian"
