History & Biography
Adrenaline Mob, a New York City hard rock act, was formed in 2011. Members were known musicians from local bands. The act released a video for a cover version of the Black Sabbath song The Mob Rules on June 27th 2011 to promote the band. A self-titled demo appeared in 2011. Capitol issued the band’s Omerta debut. In 2012, the band lost Rich Ward and Paul Di Leo of Fozzy due to a scheduling conflict. Mike Portnoy, formerly of Dream Theater, was replaced by A.J. Pero of Twisted Sister in late 2013. Adrenaline Mob signed a North American deal with Century Media Records following an earlier contract for Europe only. Men Of Honor (sic) would be released on February 18th, 2014. Adrenaline Mob was in an accident while travelling to Canada in May of 2014 on the Avenged Sevenfold/Hellyeah tour. The band’s trailer flipped and equipment was destroyed. In March of 2015, Twisted Sister and Adrenaline Mob drummer A.J. Pero died at the age of 55 apparently from a heart attack. Pero was on tour with the band and was not aroused on the tour bus in the morning. He was taken to a hospital in Poughkeepsie, New York. Pero had also just joined Four By Fate replacing Stet Howland.

Following the departure of Disturbed’s John Moyer in the middle of 2014 Adrenaline Mob recruited Erik Leonhardt for bass guitar. In 2016, Adrenaline Mob guitarist Mike Orlando joined Brazilian band Nocturnall featuring former Angra drummer Aquiles Priester. Adrenaline Mob recruited drummer Jordan Cannata. The band was to have a new album in 2017 through Century Media Records. The band was involved in another accident on Friday July 14th 2017 in Florida. Adrenaline Mob bassist David Zablidowsk died and half a dozen others were injured. The band was in the midst of its We The People tour. The end had arrived.
