History & Biography
Awakening Records issued the Mexico-based death metal band Cathartic’s album called Through The Abysmal Gates Of Subconscious in the middle of 2022. The band was founded by former band-mates in 2019 and had the Ceremonial Resurrection EP through Concreto Records in 2020. Drummer Carlos García left. His replacement Ángel Rosales left in 2022. Damián Silva was the next drummer. The band opened for Sadistic Intent in Mexico in 2024.

The band features two brothers.
