History & Biography
The band was founded in 1997 and issued Demo 1999. A couple of the tracks also found a place on the full-length two years later. Bassist Jason Kennedy Smith was heard on the demo, but not the record. The band disintegrated in 2002 however. During its short run half a dozen members had come and gone. Tomorrow's Victim was the name of a follow-up act of sorts. This act featured drummer Tommy Death who had been in Cerebral Hemorrhage as well.

Like all bands This act returned. The 2024 line-up was Matthew Szablewicz and Matt Doreson. Bassist Ian Olsen and drummer Matt Hass were live guests. Comatose Music released a remastered version of Cerebral Hemorrhage’s Exempting Reality album on January 17th 2025. It featured new cover artwork. It was originally issued in 2001.
