History & Biography
The Germany-based black metal trio Chaos Invocation had an album called Reaping Season, Bloodshed Beyond through W.T.C. Productions in March 2018. The band was founded by A. and M. in 2004. World Terror Committee issued In Bloodline With The Snake in 2009. Bethlehem recruited vocalist Malte Langenbrinck in May of 2011. Langenbrinck would appear at the Under The Black Sun festival in July in Germany. Black Mirror Hours was both a three-track demo in 2012 and a full-length in 2013. A split 7” EP with Thy Darkened Shade appeared in 2017. A limited edition independent sampler, called 13 Years Of Black Metallic Escalation, followed soon. Tumulash was on bass and Omega was on drums. The latter was in a new band a week. Second guitarist L. was introduced in 2021.

Devil, Stone & Man was issued in March 2022, but was actually tracked two years earlier. The group cancelled an appearance at Netherlands Deathfest as A had an accident earlier and was not able to play the guitar. Frostmoon Eclipse (which had featured Omega) replaced the act. The Diabolic Liminal Congress tour, with Akhlys and Fides Inversa, was announced for September 2022. Tumulash and Omega were unable to join the tour and since everyone was interchangeable the band recruited RK (Purgatory) and drummer J. (Putridarium, Into Coffin, Crescent, etc.). Tumulash was officially out at the end of 2023. The aforementioned RK was the permanent replacement.

The band claims to practice true and undiluted black metal.
