History & Biography
The black/thrash metal group was active between 2008 and 2012 before disbanding and returning in 2021.

Into The Crypts… was a 2008 demo. Necromors was on bass. The debut album arrived in 2010. The initial title for The Rise Of Satanic Might was Victim Of Hellfire. The follow-up arrived in 2012. The album was called Under the Sign of the Moon and featured a cover version of Bathory’s The Return Of The Darkness And Evil. Bathory had had an album called Under The Sign Of The Black Mark. Kneel Before the Master's Throne - owned by singer Hurricane - issued a CD version later that year. High Roller piled on years later. Another boy in his mother’s basement issued a cassette version. Shadow Kingdom would also jump on the bandwagon years later. The band played its last concert in 2011. Carnivore had left amidst personal differences in 2011 and the remaining members threw in the towel after trying unsuccessfully to forge ahead with singer Hurricane as a result. A couple of the guys were still together in Nocturnal.

Mortal Rite Records released a single called Across The Styx for the band in 2022. The band also changed its logo. Gone was the inverted cross. In was an axe. Cruel Force was back with an album called Dawn Of The Axe through Shadow Kingdom Records in 2023. Spider was on bass now. The band had several videos to support the release. The band’s first concert in 12 years was to be the Nights Of The Possessed Festival at the end of the year. The show saluted Hellish Crossfire’s bassist Sigi/Sick who had died.
