History & Biography
The band released a demo, called Morbid Rite, in 2013. Half a dozen of the usual quasi labels quickly appeared and rereleased it on things like 100 tapes or whatever. Xtreem issued the band’s Wormhead EP in 2015. The group was booked for Schlachtfest 2016 and Party.San Metal Open Air 2016. The same label released the band’s 2017 full-length. The group played a mini-tour of Japan and appeared at the Asakusa Death Fest 2017. This was taped and released in 2020. The band had opened a European gig for Anatomia of Japan and therefore made a Japanese connection. Haemophagus and Cryptic Brood toured as part of the In The Grip Of Death tour 2019. Caustic Fetid Vomit was a 2022 7”. The group played several gigs with Filthdigger and was booked for Killtown Death Fest 2022 and Graveland Festival 2023. Eike Reinke helped on the mike in 2023. The band was booked for Obscene Extreme Festival 2024.

Germany-based trio Cryptic Brood released a full-length, entitled Necrotic Flesh Bacteria, through War Anthem Records/Lycanthropic Chants in November 2024. The latter label was owned by Brandes.
