History & Biography Sylvie and Dan met in Seattle, Washington USA where The Jetzenz, featuring Sylvie, was looking for a lead guitarist. The two hit it off and left The Jetzenz to start their own band in 1983. Sylvie also played guitar. The band picked up this new monicker in 1984 and moved to California from Seattle a year later. D.C. LaCroix was also featured on the Heavy Metal Machine and Ladykillers samplers. Joe Dansereau became the vocalist in 1988 leaving Sylvie on guitar only. The new approach was even less successful than the old however and the band split up in 1990. The band’s music was used in the movie Rich Girl nonetheless in 1991. From DC Lacroy To DC Lacroix, was a 2019 compilation.
