History & Biography
Death Strike, along with Master and Abomination, was one of Speckman's many projects which Nuclear Blast was releasing without pause in the early nineties. The sole album shares songs with Speckman's other albums and is consistent stylistically with Master et al. The band itself was first formed circa 1984 and the CD even featured most or all of the old 1985 demo songs.

Dark Descent Records announced the CD reissue of Death Strike's Fuckin' Death album in 2010. Vic Records followed years later. The recordings hailed from 1985 and were also issued by Nuclear Blast in 1991.

The band reformed in 2012 albeit with new members. Death Strike played at the Death Doomed The Age festival in 2012. The band played Obscene Extreme Asia 2015 in Japan where Master was also on the bill. This was recorded and became a live album later. Then Pat Shea of Master became the guitarist and Ruston Grosse of Master became the drummer in 2019. The band was booked for the USA for Metal Threat Fest 2024 for October. Master was also billed.
