History
Born in New York and raised in California, American singer Soto, whose career had begun playing in different cover bands sent in a tape and biography to Yngwie malmsteen and the rest is history. Eyes released two albums with Soto and Dougherty being the main men.
Eyes played shows with acts as diverse as Kansas and Slaughter. Windows Of The Soul comprised of demos recorded for Capitol Records in the late 80's. A CD sampler called Full Moon was also issued.
