History

The band was formed in late 2007 by Patrick Kennison and Marty O'Brien (Disturbed and We Are the Fallen). In 2008 guitarist Dave Comer was added to the line-up. Later in the same year Comer and O'Brien were replaced by guitarist Jesse Billson and bassist John Younger respectively. The 2009 demo was called Countdown To Devil. Falling from Zero of 2012 was issued by Broken Halo Media. The band’s 2013 EP Sleeping Giants featured a cover version of Rush’s Subdivisions, which was originally issued by Rush in 1982. It featured William Shatner saying “Subdivisions” and “attention all planets of the solar federation. We have assumed control” on the track and in the video. Kennison had played guitar and contributed backing vocals on Shatner’s 2011 album, Seeking Major Tom. Heaven Below, which features Union Underground/Lita Ford guitarist Patrick Kennison, would release its album Good Morning Apocalypse through EMP Label Group/eOne (USA) and SPV (Europe) on Friday, October 14th 2016. The band’s third full-length recording was a concept record that was set in a post-apocalyptic world. It featured guest appearances from Lita Ford, Jason McMaster (Dangerous Toys, Broken Teeth and Watchtower), Udo Dirkschneider (U.D.O. and Accept) and Kobra Paige (Kobra And The Lotus).
