History
San Francisco-based Light This City announced the band’s 2017 reformation to record a first new LP in a decade. The band was formed in 2002, disbanded in 2008, reformed in 2010 and 2015 and went dark for two years. The members were punking it up in Heartsounds. Light This City would enter Castle Ultimate Studio with Zack Ohren to record its fifth full-length LP in December. It was released in spring 2018 through drummer Ben Murray’s Creator-Destructor Records.
