History
In 2015 Ván Records was issuing the sophomore album from Greek pagan 'black metal' band, Macabre Omen. The album was called Gods Of War - At War. The band was Greek-oriented, but was actually based in England now. Macabre Omen was founded in August of 1994 by Alexandros and Mournful. A 1994 demo was called Secrets Of The Moonlight, while the 1995 output was called Before Darkness... The 1996 demo was called Olympus. A split with Godblood of Cyprus followed. The group became a solo project at this juncture. An official full-length debut appeared in 2005. It was called The Ancient Returns.
