History & Biography Reading’s Malefice was born in 2003. Craig Thomas was the drummer from this period until 2010. The Relentless EP was issued in 2006 through something called Hangmans Joke. In 2008, Corporation 187 pulled out of its proposed UK tour supporting Malefice due to financial problems. Andrew Wilson joined in 2011. U.K. band Malefice would release its fifth record, Five, on April 28th, 2013 through Transcend Music. The band was not with Metal Blade any longer and was on the new label as of 12.2012.
The band has played with the likes of Devil Driver, Arch Enemy, Sepultura and Anthrax and even played in India at the IIT Festival in Delhi.
