History & Biography
In 1988 the Dutch forerunning death/thrash band Pestilence issued its debut album, Malleus Maleficarum. Maleficium formed in 1992 in the south of The Netherlands and recorded a six-song demo tape called Questions Of Existence in 1993. The answer came from the shady native label Cyber Music which issued the band’s only album in 1995, which lead to the band’s break-up in 1996. Angelique Overbeek had left and reappeared between the demo and album’s release.

Several members ended up in the progressive-minded Confusic.
