History & Biography
Medieval Demon was a gothic and atmospheric band from Athens that was formed by Alexandros and Kostas in 1993. The group issued The Blood Is The Life, The Only Path To... Immortality demo in 1993 with Kostas Karras on drums and keyboards, while his brother Alexander took care of the vocals. Dark Side Records issued a split for the band with Greece’s Invocation before Unisound stepped in to sign the band. The album was issued at the very end of 1995 upon which the band duly quit, but not before issuing a 1998 demo called Cursed Eyes.

The band displayed a Cradle Of Filth influence. Lord Apollyon and Crimson Embrace are brothers.

The gang was back in 2013, but a 2010 compilation was called Necrotic Rituals From The Unholy Past. Medieval Demon’s Medieval Necromancy was out through Hells Headbangers on the 22nd of June. Mutilator, known for being the early bassist in Rotting Christ, joined in 2019. Jim Necrochrist was out in 2020. The band was streaming the track Black Coven from the Black Coven album, which was to be released through Hells Headbangers in the summer of 2022.

The band is based in Greece.
