History & Biography
The atmospheric goth project was put together by Abhoth and Thanatos in 2018. In line with the prevailing trend the Greek, Belarussian and American members opted to not introduce themselves. A song called Infernal Sun was uploaded and soon had a video as well. The debut album was issued in 2020.

Reviews

MONUMENTUM DAMNATI – IN THE TOMB OF A FORGOTTEN KING – GRIMMDISTRIBUTION
One anticipates this band and music would be lackadaisical and tepid as soon as one sees the full-time keyboards listed, the photo of the chick on synthesizers, and the stereotypical concealment of the members’ identities as every second band is liable to do nowadays. It is a cliché fest, which only gets worse as one hears the band’s music.
The record starts with an intro akin to the theme from Halloween, and also closes with an instrumental called Exorcist, but there is little that is thrilling on the record. The bevvy of Instrumental passages, the drum machine (although a drummer is listed), growling as powerful as a Rotting Christ album, whispers and The Sisters Of Mercy-ish goth undertones amidst the extreme vocals and the lack of a bass guitar in the mix are indeed a listing of all the clichés present on the record. This is if Paradise Lost and Katatonia had a child and the child suspected the real father was My Dying Bride. The child copies all his parents with no thought or consideration to originality.
No doubt all the usual websites will accord this their robotic 90 out of a 100, but as far as playing ability, originality or metal content this is no more than a thirty. The rating is high because at least the band has forgone the female vocals. Small graces, you know? – Ali “The Metallian”
