History & Biography This Kiel-based crust/grindcore band was founded in 2000 and issued its sole album in 2004.
Sören left in 2005 and was replaced by Juergen Hardt (ex-Noise Forest). Jamal, in turn, replaced him. The band disappeared around 2012.

As far as signed bands go Kiel, Germany's Neuron is probably as underground as it gets. Still, the German political grinders formerly known as Fleischwolf have now issued a full-length debut and what good stuff it is. Neuron is all about grinding, thick, powerful grindcore that drives its music like a multinational corporation drives its numbered employees. The lyrics are originally in German, but the band has obligingly provided English translations for all which is great because they make for great reading. Each song touches upon one topic of concern in today's society. Other than that the band's tight and meaningful music lays siege to the ears with rhythmic frenzy.
