History & Biography Two former members of Bella Bestia formed Niagara (the hard rock band not the Canadian waterfall) in 1985. Keyboardist Ricky Castañeda and others were recruited. At this juncture, the band was called Tora Tora. The group recorded a demo and opened for King Kobra in Spain. The group claimed that King Kobra’s management and Enigma records expressed interest in the band. Carlos De Castro of Barón Rojo produced the album, which charted in several countries. The band had a few deals offered, but nothing it wanted to sign. Tony left following the second album and the act dissolved. A short reformation with English singer Nick Schultz came to naught. J.A. Manzano sang on III.
