History & Biography The thrash metal band was initially founded as Sword in 1984 and became Nomed in 1986. The band, featuring two brothers, issued several demos, The Den Of Death, Total Terror, Mad Skater and Troop Of Death, before issuing its debut album Like.... To celebrate the achievement the band duly disbanded.
The band naturally came back three years later and issued a demo with the original title Requiem. It was basically a solo project of André Lemesle. Putrefaction Records issued an EP called Silent Scream. The label also released a full-length called A Vision Of God. A couple of more EPs prolonged the band’s existence seemingly, but it was all over in 2008 when André Lemesle committed suicide. A compilation, called Thrashing Insanity, showed up in 2011.
