History & Biography
This band was active between 1997 (with Birgir being the sole member in the precursor band Hel in 1996) and 2006 only to disband and then reform in 2011 albeit without much activity. Bálsýn was both the 1998 demo and the debut album from 1999. The releases shared serval tracks. G.Ó. Pálmason was the guest drummer on the record. Nothing transpired until 2003’s Elysium demo. Strangely, the next album was also on Wounded Love and recorded in 2001. Chameleon was a 2006 demo, which was followed by the Years In The Shadows compilation in 2006. This record was issued through Schwarzdorn Production. It included Elysium.

The band is termed black metal, but has keyboards and professes to Vikingdom.
