History & Biography
The band with play on words was an all-girl death metal band founded of all places in Utah, USA in 1995. Singer and guitarist Lori Medcalf and drummer Jeanette Smith were the founders. The Immortal Thoughts demo came in 1995, but was not officially released. The local S.I.S. Records issued the band’s sole full-length two years later. Dena would switch to guitar. The group opened for Deicide in Utah. The Gehenna demo was issued in 2000. It featured more sex per square centimetre than a Republican congressman’s orgy. Gehenna featured Medcalf, bassist Sarena Rassmasun and drummer Ben Murphy. Lori had another child while in the band. The group wimped out and added a keyboardist called Melanie Montoya, which signalled the end was at hand. An album called Purgatory was never completed.

The band played shows in the USA including at the November To Dismember in 2000 and Milwaukee Metalfest in 1998 and 2001. The band opened for CorpseVomit and Serabus on tours.
