When it was time for the band to pay its studio costs for the recording of Filth, the bill was $1500 for the rental of the studio and $2500 for the clean up operation needed to mop the vomit off the ground. After all, that is what the vocalist did the whole time, right? In all seriousness, this is a love-it-or-hate-it type of an album. This band is not trying to get signed to Metal Blade or Century Media; rather the band is making itself happy choosing a name like Waco Jesus, calling its album Filth, placing a bursting cunt on its cover and giving its songs names like Blast You In The Face With My Semen, Blast You In The Face With My Fist or Fag Basher. Fans of offbeat grinding mania will want this. Others have to salute the band's independence and commitment to its art and move on. - Ali "The Metallian"
