History & Biography This death metal band was founded in 2004 and had a 2007 demo called Surrealistic. Davide Guarinoni had left the bassist position by now. The group began labelling its style ‘surrealistic death metal.’ An album appeared in 2011, but the material was several years old. The second album also featured older songs and a delayed release. Sliptrick Records signed Italy-based Agony Face in 2018. An album was expected that year. Italy-based death metal band Agony Face’s CXVI Evolving Discharges album was issued by Sliptrick on November 8th.
The band released a demo, called IV Time Totems, in 2020. The act was inactive immediately thereafter.
The group calls its style “surrealistic death metal.”
