History & Biography
Well there certainly are a couple of other Alastors out there from places like Costa Rica and Portugal, but they should not be confused with this Polish outfit. This Alastor issued its debut album through an Italian label. The group disbanded but was soon heard from again via reformations in 1997 and 2002.

In early September of 2012 Metal Mind Productions released two albums of thrash metal band Alastor from Poland. The band’s debut album, entitled Syndroms Of The Cities, from 1989 was available for the first time in CD format, while its previously unreleased second studio album Destiny saw its official premiere. Alastor next announced its return with a new album. Out Of Anger. In the autumn of 2014, Alastor recruited guitarist Piotr Szoszkiewicz and bassist Mariusz "Metys" Matusiak, formerly of Ahaja.
