History & Biography
This band was formed in 2005 in Aalborg, Denmark. The Shadow Era demo was issued in 2007. Mik Mentor, an opera singer, was on vocals, Martin Mendelssohn was on guitar, Allan B. Larsen on drums and Vuml was the bassist. Shadow Kingdom Records signed the band for 2009’s Sinews Of Anguish. The Salvation EP was issued in advance of 2012’s Grand Gesture Of Defiance. Shadow Kingdom Records announced Grand Gesture Of Defiance for September 11th, 2012.

The act signed with From The Vaults in the winter of 2023. The band’s Burning Memories MLP was out in the summer of 2023 followed by the full-length album, Proselytes Of The Apocalypse. Both were recorded prior to the pandemic. The band announced an album called In The Cesspit Of Divine Decay for June 28th. It was based on the diary of guitarist Martin Meyer Sparvath’s maternal great-grandfather Jesper Wilhem Meyer who fought for the Germans during WWI, As such, Proselytes Of The Apocalypse was pushed back despite having been recorded earlier.
