History & Biography
Not to be confused with the other, and earlier, Swedish Ambush, this band was founded in Växjö, in the south of Sweden, in 2013. Demokassett was exactly that in 2013. Most tracks here appeared on the 2014 debut album, Firestorm. The group was announced for Pounding Metal Fest IX in Spain in 2015. The band toured South America following which bassist Ludwig was ill again with a kidney disease. The group also visited Japan. There was a five-year gap between album two and three. Adam Hagelin departed in 2020. Ludwig Sjöholm followed in 2022. Karl Dotzek was the new guitarist. Barabbas was the name of an upload in 2022. Enforcer, Evil Invaders, Cobra Spell and the gang toured Europe in 2022. The band and Enforcer (and Skull Fist) had announced a tour in 2020, which ended up coinciding with the pandemic. Burning Fire was the new bass man. He had been playing live with the act since 2018. The group announced a South American tour for late 2022. The act was billed at Keep It True Rising Festival 2023 and XV Milagre Metalleiro Open Air 2024.

Sweden-based heavy metal band Ambush signed to Napalm Records in late 2024 and was working on live dates and new music. The signing coincided with the label picking up Sweden-based heavy metal act, Enforcer. That band and Ambush had briefly shared a drummer in 2023. Helvetets Port, Ambush, Sabbat, Mindless Sinner, etc. were booked for Muskelrock festival in Sweden from May 29 to 31 2025. The band was booked for Battle Cry Fest in Germany and Anthems of Steel 2025. Napalm Records announced Evil In All Dimensions for September of 2025. There was a video for the song Maskirovka. Evil In South America was the name for the band's tour there in Q4 2025.
