History & Biography Medical student ROA moved from Hokkaido to Tokyo and formed the band (no wonder if she is the real life singer of Black Stones/BLAST) Anatomy ‘Keibou’ in 2016. The musician had demoed with former Saber Tiger bassist Tomohiro Sampei. A self-titled demo appeared in 2017. Guitarist Yu Ogami was in and out. Ditto for drummer ‘Hide ‘Crazy’ Kyou. Both were girls. The “medical metal” band had a hiatus, but returned in 2018. Isao of Cerveteri played with the band live. Black-Listed signed the band and issued the Organize The Organs (very medical) album in 2019. Kouki Miura and Koz contributed guitars. Tomohiro Sampei contributed bass. Drummer Daisuke entered the operating theatre, but was well enough to be discharged by 2021. This release was supported through several shows including the Black-Listed 15th Anniversary concert alongside M.D.M.S., Mastermind and others. Perform The Operation followed and emphasized the founder’s bona fide medical certificate and credentials as she was a plastic surgeon.
ROA performs live in a white coat (as well). Pabymetal is a babymetal cover band. No word whether ROA and band are inspired by Haemorrhage.
