History & Biography The band banded together in 2018. Angel Rising signed with Music-Records for the release of its first album Angel Rising, which was due in the autumn of 2020. It goes without saying that Kevin Talley was on drums. In anticipation of a new album, Angel Rising had a single called Broken Beyond Despair through Music Records in mid-2021. Angel Rising had a new album, which was entitled Immortal Volition. The album “plunges into a terrifying, immersive and eschatological universe.” Immortal Volition was available through digital platforms and in physical format on February 12. Music-Records was the record company. A graphic novel, called Asai And The Neon King, was published to help with the narrative structure of the album. Afterlife was a 2023 demo. A new release was readied for 2025. Angel Rising released a new album, The Fall Of Tell Nefareh, on streaming platforms for October 2025 and also scheduled a limited edition of 30 CDs through Music-Records on the 16th of January 2026. Rob Lundgren (Mentalist, etc.) contributed vocals on the song Agony Of The Brave. Kevin Talley was also contributing. There was a lyric video for the song Falling off The Edge Of The World. The group offered a video for the song Drums Of War in February of 2026.
The band described itself as a mix between Metallica, Megadeth and Sepultura.
