History & Biography This Odense-based death metal band was formed in 1996. The name Frank & Rødderne was banished, but not before Rain Will Be Blood demo of 1999. With the new name, the band issued a demo called Far From This Time in 2000. Demo 2002 lead to the band’s first full-length. Three years passed and the group’s 2006 demo appeared. The group reappeared in 2009 and signed with the reorganized Mighty Music. Debate raged whether the Alive For The Devil demo of 2010, which was taped in Denmark, featured D or E cups. The band was inactive. To The Lions added a bra to the masses’ disappointment. The act played at Odense Metalfest, High Voltage and more.
Anoxia’s Take Down The Mountains single was available digitally through From The Vaults in late 2022. It was previously available on the Heavy Metal Rock Vol. 1.
