History & Biography
Black metallers Arathorn could make four songs last 42+ minutes because they used blast beats, sad passages, keyboards and pianos. The band went by Silentium for two years before adopting the new monicker. A second album appeared only in 2008. It was a solo endeavour by Sköll.

Arathorn was a hereditary king and Aragorn's father in Tolkien's The Lord Of The Rings saga.
