History & Biography
The occult-oriented band was founded in 1995, split up when Frank Nordmann moved to Oslo, Norway in 2007 and re-formed with a new line-up in 2009. The band was founded by singer and guitarist Frank Nordmann who had joined Agathodaimon in 1998 (as would guitarist Thilo Feucht). Line-up changes were not the exception, but the norm. The first incarnations had demos called Dangers Of Magical Artefacts In Night (1996) and Darkness (1997). A further demo, called Baalpriku, was the act's year 2000 output. A farewell concert was given in 2007.

Dead Eyes Still See was both news to the medical profession and the group's debut album. It had emerged after a decade of silence. The band switched to Schwarzdorn Production following an introduction by Eldur from Fortid.

Germany-based black metal act Asaru returned after more than a decade with a new album, V.O.I.D., in 2026. It was released through Schwarzdorn Production on January 23rd, 2026.
