History & Biography The rock/progressive act was founded by Alexander Sitkovetsky in the autumn of 1979. The band made it to Bulgaria in 1981. The group further toured elsewhere in Eastern Europe. This Russian hard rock band was one of the first to gain Western
attention after it appeared at Live-Aid in 1985. The band represented the USSR in the Soviet-American concert Our Move in 1987. The act was also in Quebec, Canada for the Rendez-vous '87 show. Despite that, the act had to
change names in order to avoid confusion with the US band called
Autograph. The band was produced by songwriter Alan Roy Scott. The band disbanded in 1990. Eastern block or not, the band followed convention and returned in 2005 and 2012.
