History & Biography
The band was founded in 2016 under another name, changed names in 2017 and immediately recorded a demo, called Hives MMXVII, which was issued in 2017. Someone called Life After Death released The Sleeper Awakens in 2021. The album was a concept based on the Prince Of Darkness film. The group recorded a cover version of Equimanthorn for a Bathory covers’ release. Drummer N. left in 2022.

The Italy-based trio’s Reflections Of Execrable Stillness album was available through Unorthodox Emanations/Avantgarde in October 2024. This had been billed as an EP initially. Regardless, every single release obeyed the trend of the day and featured a guest appearance and this was not going to be an exception. However, the band was the most independent, free-thinking, autonomous, bunch of loners on the scene and the guest was not Ripper Owens, Björn "Speed" Strid or Dirk Verbeuren!

Avtotheism or Autotheism is the deification of oneself.
