History & Biography
Edmonton is the small beacon of half-enlightenment in the otherwise cesspool of right-wing lunacy that is Alberta. Similarly, Begrime Exemious is a Satanic death metal band from the town since 2005. It was formed by guitarist B. Symic.

The group first appeared via the 2006 Demo. The band’s line-up was only represented through single letters at this time. The band issued a single called Arch Fiend in 2008. The Set Ablaze The Kingdom Of Abraham demo appeared in 2009. The group next signed with Dark Descent Records. Symic left the band. In 2012, the band played a show with Cryptician and Messiahlator. Rintoul left in 2010. The group also booked a Scourge Across Western Canada Tour 2012. B. Symic was the guest vocalist on Visions... in 2012. He had tendonitis and had abandoned the guitar.

Several demos followed. Tour Tape MMXIII featured older tracks and pressed for the West Coast Wasteland Tour 2013. Rintoul returned. The Wasteland Of Damnation 7” was distributed by Canada’s own Fuel Injected Records. Dark Descent also released a single called Primeval Satellite. The Enslavement Conquest was the full-length next. A. Rintoul was on bass now. D. Orthner was also on vocals. The band issued its own Primeval Wasteland compilation. The Primeval Enslavement Tour 2019 covered Canada and the USA. Some pandemic quiet yielded the Rotting In The Aftermath album in 2022, but the material was entrusted to tape beginning in 2019. The band toured Western Canada in the summer of 2022.
