History & Biography
This Dutch black metal band is perhaps best known for the fact that Mayhem's Euronymous once implied that Mayhem is true while Bestial Summoning is an example of false black metal.

The band was founded in 1990 and disbanded two years later. Sodomistic Rituals was the 1991 demo. The song I Am Home, from The Dark War Has Begun, was dedicated to Mayhem singer Dead who had died in 1991. Sephiroth later got fed up with the scene, stopped wearing face paint and used his real name in Occult. The band had a live 7" in 1992. Swinkels later became a video editor, alongside the myriad of acts he ran. Band guitarist Conscicide Dominus Arcula committed suicide) on his 35th birthday in 2008.
