History & Biography

The band was founded in 2017 and set out to write and release a series of four EPs chronicling the story of a serial killer. The band signed with Comatose in 2020.

Joe Gordon was the late addition who left after a year in 2021, Between The Killings release The Killing Quartet Volume 1 – Reflection Of Murder through Comatose Music EP on July 1st 2022. The band featured current and former members of Horrific Demise, Gorgasm, Lividity, Colossus, Mortal Decay and Rupture Christ. Von Young’s Colossus was also on Comatose, as was Lust Of Decay, which featured Comatose’s owner. The band was working on a second EP. Miles Ellegood of The Vile Impurity had arrived on second guitar. Between The Killings released The Killing Quartet Vol. 2: Omnipotence EP through Comatose Music on June 7th 2024. The group was booked for Blastbeats And Blasphemy 4 in 2025.
