History & Biography

The heavy metal act was founded by guitarists Andreas 'Andy' Roch and Jens Müller in 1981. The obvious influence was Accept. First Cut was the first demo and issued in 1983. It was a two track recording. Demo 1984 followed. Jens and bassist Norbert Korba departed. Rooceter records released an EP by heavy metallers Black Diamond entitled Faces in 1985. The cover again betrayed an Accept influence. Diamond Cage was a 1988 demo. Another tape followed before the band disappeared. On the other hand, Black Diamond is a brand of cheese. Two members were in the hard rock act Dorian Gray in the 1990s
