Tracks like Louder Than Hell, Hell To Pay and Black Attack should tell you where the band lay in the metal kingdom. Blacksmith hailed from Albany, New York, USA. You and the band know the rules. The band existed between 1984 and 1991. Disbanded and reappeared in 2005. Disbanded and reappeared in 2011. Demo 1 was issued in 1985. A self-titled demo followed in 1986.

Time Out of Mind, was not new material. It was recorded in 1990 and shelved when Tropical Records bit the dust and the members argued and disbanded. Malcolm Mania Lovegrove died in 2024.
