History & Biography Malmo, Sweden circa 1981 was the setting for the first formation of
Black Uniforms. The band name was, in a way, given to them after some
people began labelling the band founder Richard a fascist for always
wearing black, etc. The band split up in 1983 only to be reformed in
1986 after Cliff returned from a stint with Moderat Likvidation. With
the demo Back From The Grave under its belts, the band underwent a
couple of line-up changes until the named line-up released the Faces Of
Death on Hardcore Holocaust which showed a crossover style. A band
member ended up in the hardcore band Lisa Gives Head. The CD version of
Splatter Punx On Acid also features the Faces Of Death material on top
of rare demo material.
