History & Biography
Thrash/heavy metal band Blitzspeer was formed by Caivano who played bass in Shrapnel. The band was active between 1986 and 1993. The band played in Mexico in 1991. Caivano re-joined an old Shrapnel colleague in Monster Magnet. Gasparro resurfaced in Supervillain in 2003.

Final drummer David Tritt had a heart attack and died in 2018.
