History & Biography
The Texas-based band was formed by Henry Vasquez and keyboardist Dave Gryder in 2002. Death Ride was re-issued by Brainticket with a new cover. Listenable Records signed '70s-tinged U.S. hard rock band Blood Of The Sun in June of 2012. The band's album Burning On The Wings Of Desire, was scheduled for a late 2012 release. The band featured Henry Vasquez of Saint Vitus and Archie Bunker. Sean Vargas would join on vocals in 2015. Blood’s Thicker Than Love was the title for the 2018 full-length from Texas, USA-based heavy rock band. The band toured Europe with Lucifer in 2018. Inactivity followed.

Blood Of The Sun was also the name of a 1945 film regarding a reporter in Japan.
