History & Biography The band/duo came together when SVR contacted his friend JP in 2016 and issued the Through The Burial Bog demo in 2018. The band, Antediluvian and Adversarial played locally. A split release with Primitive Warfare was accompanied by several shows with that band as well.
New York City, USA-based black metal act Bog Body released its debut LP, Cryonic Crevasse Cult, through Profound Lore Records in 2022. The act was still a duo. The duo opened for Ruin Lust and Diabolic Oath to begin 2024 and then went back into hibernation.
