History & Biography The death metal band was formed under the former monicker of Decapitated in 1989 and as a trio of Bert VanThuyne, Dirk Peirs and Steven Suys. Incarnated: The Abhorer's Tale demo tape featured six tracks and appeared in May of 1992. Singer Guy had joined in that year. The band's members changed instruments and the group experienced some delays to allow members to serve their army term until 1993 saw The Imperishable Mystery demo. Guitarist Vinnie Bonduwe, who would become the mainstay, joined at this time. The group was invited to play Deathfest more than once. There was a gap of seven years between the second and third albums. No original members were within the ranks anymore. The Caducity demos were compiled into a CD-R called Anthology 92-95 in 2007. The group returned to Shiver Records and had a new release in 2009. Guitarist Niels Verbeke joined in 2016. Guitarist Nicolas Bruggeman joined in 2018. The band was nominally a going concern, but the act was broken up in effect.
