History & Biography This original Swiss band played techno thrash with the closest
comparison being to Sieges Even and Voivod. The band was unique, but
never reached critical mass during its years of activity, 1987 to 1991. The Gerling brothers were the founders of the band at first using Conquer as the monicker. The name was expanded after the guys were inspired by Calhoun, supposedly a boxer who was wrongly convicted of murder. ..And Now
You're Gone was a 1987 EP, which in contrast to the full-length seemed to enjoy a live drummer. The band was working on a second album when the whole thing dissolved. Members ended up in Babylon Sad.
