History & Biography The band was founded in 2014 and uploaded a song called Mogwai Highrise Massacre in 2015. The song was inspired by the Gremlins movies. The song appeared on the Born To Rot demo. The cover artwork depicted a woman who had spread eagle nine months earlier with a Trump. Some women do anything for money. Horror Pain Gore Death released a split for the band and Dutchguts in 2017. The same label issued the act’s full-length in 2019.
Chained To The Dead’s Discography Of Debauchery compilation was out through Horror Pain Gore Death on November 17th 2023. The band was compared to Pungent Stench, Carcass and Gwar. Horror Pain Gore Death Productions released Chained To The Dead’s Only Hunger Remains mini-album on October 25th. The band was compared to Pungent Stench or Carcass and the release featured cover versions of Pungent Stench and Blood Duster as well as originals. HPGD released Chained To The Dead's Something Happened On The Way To Hell on October 31st 2025. It was described as the second instalment in the band's death metal/horror trilogy. It featured four new songs and Genesis and Type O Negative covers.
