History & Biography
This Cebu-based band was formed in 2003 and issued a demo, called ...Pure Evil & Blasphemy, the year after. Milo Jan Mondejar switched to guitar from bass. A video and a demo called Plague Bearer (Black Death Pandemic) followed. The band covered Morbid Angel. Rivals Of The Throne was not comprised of all-new songs, but featured Osama Bin Laden and the Pope on the cover. Philippines’ death metal band Comatose reissued an album in 2015 called The Ultimate Revenge through Satanath Records. It actually was a 2011 demo. LD "Bellz" Lee was also doing vocals by now. A demo called The Mighty Conquest had arrived earlier. The band was originally called Church Burner in 2003. Kyndall Dane Cesar left in 2024.
