History & Biography
The band was Count Nosferatu between 1996 and 1999 before becoming Count Nosferatu Kommando, which became CNK later. The act was an electronic side-project of Anorexia Nervosa singer Hreidmarr. The band insisted CNK was short for 'Cosa Nostra Klub' with a nod to the mafia. The band had a collaboration release with Snowy Shaw full of cover versions in 2012. On this release, called Révisionnisme, the members' names were anagrams of haute couture celebrities. Paris Brûle T-il ? was a live CD/DVD in 2015. Valnoir was the bassist between 2005 and 2011. The band later called itself "French Military Glamcore."

The creatively baptized Count Nosferatu Kommando and its eight-song CD Ultraviolence Uber Alles ('Ultraviolence Above All') seems to be taking the piss out of many issues. Check out song titles like Political Police, Get A Gun - Shoot At Random or Bunkermoon Khaos.
The band is the side-project of Anorexia Nervosa's (another band with a great monicker) singer Rheidmarr and specializes in the crossing of electro-beats with metal. Imagine synthesizers, drum machine and grating and screechy vocals protruding into Samael and The Berzerker territory. The drum machine is mixed very loudly here, and the 'solos' are kept to the bare minimum of one. And finally, others must have noticed how the band's logo resembles that of Calvin Klein. Cute.
