History & Biography

Riccardo founded the Italian version of Dark Reflection as a solo act in 2022. Italy-based death metal act Dark Reflection issued a debut EP, called Under The Sign Of Vlad Țepeș, through Pest Records in January 2025. Riccardo had recorded the bass as the band did not have a bassist. The EP delved into the history of Vlad The Impaler with each track referencing an event or battle. The album's theme focused on his military campaigns against the Ottoman Empire and his fight for the independence of Wallachia.

The Blood From Stone album from 1997 of The Moaning featured a song called Dark Reflections, which inspired the group.
