History & Biography
The "mining black metal" (so Satan was playing metal inside a mine?) band was founded by Aragonyth in 2016. The two members - who had worked together in acts like Schattenthron - were of the ilk of modern musicians who had to be in a kilo of acts simultaneously. Obeyed edicts aside, the band's debut was released on Halloween of 2016. The act was Semgoroth and singer Grimwald. Titles were in German. Eventually every bottom-feeder label would show up to do the traditional rererelease. The third album was given the commercialism treatment, with clean vocals and keyboards, and rereleased as Vom Schwarzen Schmied - Bergkgesænge in 2022. Likely, all the usual webzines and magazines gave it the exact same mark as its original version (everything they receive is 80 or 90 out of 100).

Germany-based black metal act Dauþuz had an album called Todeswerk – Uranium II through Amor Fati Productions in 2026.

Dauþuz is proto-Germanic for 'death.'
